A personalized program and weekly sessions of 60 minutes that are tailor-made to help you reach your health goals. The Program includes:
This detailed assessment includes a review of your past medical history, labs, current medications, diet habits and preferences. Medical nutrition therapy is available for those with an existing diagnosis.
Together we will put together a meal plan that aligns with your nutrition assessment. I'll coach you on how to plan and prep your meals to win as much time as possible.
Based on your fitness goals, I will help you put together a realistic exercise plan and instruct you in the proper techniques. Sessions can be in-person or virtual depending on location and preference.
With each weekly session, we will take time to discuss healthy sleep habits and other techniques to help you reduce stress and find more peace in your daily routine.

Perfect for testing the waters, the 4-week plan will give you the jumpstart you need to start eating better and working out intentionally.
8 weeks • $400
Our most popular option! The 8-week plan is ideal for laying a solid foundation for healthy habits that will set you up for long-term success.
6 months • $1000
Recommended for those facing greater health challenges or mindset blocks, the 6-month plan gives you the additional focus and support you need.

During the first session we will assess your unique health concerns and goals and make a plan for success. This session is typically 90 minutes long and can be virtual or in-person.

The following 7 sessions, virtual or in-person, will be unique to each client based on their goals. These may include working out, meal prepping or planning, and/or meditations.

Already have a diagnosis, such as Diabetes, Heart Disease, Crohn's Disease, Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) or IBS? Medical Nutrition Therapy, or MNT, is an evidence-based proven method for treating certain chronic conditions using the Nutrition Care Process provided by Registered Dietitians.
If you need 1 on 1 accountability or have a group of 3-4 ladies that want to get together for workouts, these training sessions can be a perfect fit! Each session is approximately 1 hour and will focus on weight lifting using proper form, balance and breathing. Inquire below for more details.
• 4 sessions for $45 each
• 8 sessions for $35 each
• 12 sessions for $30 each
Group sessions: $15 each or $120 for 4 weeks (3-4 participants required).
