Bonnie Sullivan is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist from Wayne State University, a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and also holds a degree in Wellness, Health Promotion and Injury Prevention from Oakland University.
A former college athlete, she knows first hand how the right nutrition and healthy behaviors can help our bodies handle everyday challenges and stressors. She has more than a decade worth of experience helping people heal their bodies through good nutrition and lifestyle in both clinical inpatient hospital and outpatient settings.
Using her clinical expertise, Bonnie developed the BSwell Program to help others achieve happiness, optimal health, and improved energy.
We have early risers in the house, so my morning starts around 6am with a turmeric latte in hand and my own version of the "Good Morning" song on my lips. After that, I enjoy a coffee with mushroom and cocoa powder.
